The missing "Galaxian" stage for ColecoVision Gorf was programmed by Jim Wolf and Joe
Clark at Nuvatec Inc.,
but was dropped by Coleco before the release to keep the cartridge at 16K.
Other rumors said that it was to avoid copyright infringement between
Namco and Coleco.
